Suwon-KT-Sonicboom (KBL) signed experienced 34-year old Indonesian-British V.Islands international center Lester Prosper (210cm-106kg-1988, college: Old Westbury, agency: YoungGroup Unlimited). Prosper played this summer at Terrafirma Dyip in Filipino PBA league. In 10 games just recently he had very impressive stats: 28.7ppg, 15.6rpg, 2.6apg and 1.1bpg. He was also named League Player of the Week (2 times). The last season he played at GhostHawks in Taiwanese T1 League where in 8 games he recorded 10.5ppg, 6.3rpg, 1.3spg and 1.1bpg.
In 2013 (two years after his graduation) he was drafted by Maine Red Claws (D-League) in sixth round (95th overall).
Prosper graduated from SUNY Old Westbury in 2011 and it is his twelfth (!!!) season in pro basketball. He has been regularly called to Indonesian Senior National Team since 2020.
Prosper is quite experienced player. He has played in thirteen different countries on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America). Prosper has played previously professionally in Canada (Power and Windsor Express), Colombia, Mexico (Halcones de Ciudad Obregon and Halcones UV Xalapa), Panama (Panteras), Russia (Spartak Primorie Vladivostok), Saudi Arabia, Slovakia (Prievidza), Spain (Araberri), Sweden, Venezuela (Gaiteros), United Kingdom (Cheshire Phoenix and Worcester Wolves), Dominican Republic (San Lazaro and Barias) and Indonesia (Indonesia Patriots).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Prosper's team made it to the Panamanian LPB Semifinals in 2018. He was voted to Indonesian All-Star Game in 2020.
